One of our clients is seeking a Group Home Manager in Brick, NJ. There are three group homes that are in need of Managers.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS AND COMPENSATION
* up to 40 hours per week.
* Salary $62.700 annually ($30hr)

* SHIFTS AND LOCATIONS
* Group Home 1 (More Behavioral Residence)- Tuesday through Saturday Schedule. 2 days in the evenings 3pm - 11pm, 3 Days in the morning 7am-3pm/ 8am - 4pm
* Group Home 2 (Medical Male Residence) - Sunday Through Thursday Schedule. 2 days in the evenings 3pm - 11pm, 3 Days in the morning 7am-3pm
* Group Home 3 (Medical Female Residence) - Sunday through Thursday Schedule - 2 days in the evenings 3pm - 11pm, 3 Days in the morning 7am - 3pm (Sunday) 9am - 5pm only

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* To plan, supervise, manage and direct the overall operation of the residence.
* Will flex work hours to meet the needs of the program.
* Provide training, supervision and support to subordinate staff.
* Ensure compliance with funding sources and provides effective oversight in the functions of the residential programs.
* Must network and communicate effectively with funding sources, supervisors, co-workers, subordinate staff, participants, and community partners.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position; must possess the ability to supervise, manage and direct programs.
