This is a unique opportunity to step in as a mentor and advocate when local youth need it most-offering guidance, stability, and positive encouragement.

• Empower & Mentor: Support youth through 1on1 counseling, group sessions, and personal goalsetting.

• Collaborate & Advocate: Provide services alongside a supportive team to coordinate daily care, meals, community outreach, and client progress tracking.

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma + 24 years of related experience (Degree in Human Services or related field is a strong plus!)
• Key Strengths: Strong crisis management, clear communication, sound judgment, and a genuine heart for youth advocacy.
• Clearances: PA State Criminal, DHS FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances (We can help you !)
