Our client is seeking a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in the Richmond area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
* Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
* Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care and other medical interventions as needed.
* Perform G Tube feedings and ensure proper nutrition and hydration for residents.
* Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and medical treatments.
* Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
* Educate residents and caregivers on health management and medication protocols.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Current LPN license in good standing in Virginia or have a "Multi-state Privilege" license eligible to work in multiple states.
* Proven experience in medication administration and G Tube feeding.
* Knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the group home location.
