IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITIES! Our client is seeking a contractor with a history working with families or individuals seeking housing. The Housing Case Manager is responsible for providing professional counseling in the area of pre-purchase, rental and fair housing, homeownership, financial coaching, post purchase, property tax services, and foreclosure prevention. This is a hybrid position, with in-person work
conducted at main office and occasionally in the community.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

* Must have ownership of vehicle
* Perform pre-purchase, post purchase, rental, and default and delinquency housing counseling
*Complete comprehensive intake assessment that includes review of credit history, income, and savings
to determine eligibility for housing
* Make recommendations for clients to improve credit, build savings, and navigate housing concerns and goals.
* Ability to be on assignment 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
*Work with banks, realtors, and lending institutions to meet the needs of our clients
* Support the Housing Counseling Manager with reporting as necessary
* Other duties as deemed appropriate by the supervisor/manager

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*High school diploma. (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* Valid Driver's License
*2 years' experience in housing counseling, housing development, advocacy or relate social service field in housing counseling, housing development, advocacy or relate social service field.
*Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, State Background and ACT 31
*Have to have acceptable driving history
