CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
This is a full and part time school based schedule position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of various residential and vocational sites. Hours may vary Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Behavior Technician (BT) is responsible for developing Treatment Plans (TP) for individuals. The BT will conduct assessments, develop and implement TPs, and provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff. Ongoing monitoring and updates to the TP will be required as the behavioral needs of the individuals evolve.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
"Bachelor's degree in a related human services field, such as psychology, special education, social work, or counseling.
"Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral supports.
"Ability to train staff on TP implementation, conduct ongoing assessments, and revise plans based on behavioral changes.
Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral health and special education.
