One of our clients is seeking a Certified Special Education Teacher with a Gifted Endorsement for Virtual role in Tennessee for the 25-26 school year.

CLIENT'S HOURS
* Monday - Friday
* The time is 8:20 am - 9:50 am M - F. 1.5 hours a day (30 minutes for planning, and 1 hour of instruction)

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Cyber/Virtual Special Education Teacher with Gifted or Clue endorsement to teach 1:1 for 1.5 hours per day M-F
Strong commitment to, belief in, and alignment with the school’s Mission and vision
*At least 2 years’ experience teaching in a predominantly minority, low-income student setting, with measurably high results that demonstrate gap-closing teaching
* Unwavering belief in the potential that all students can be successful when given appropriate, responsive support and an unshakeable conviction that it is our responsibility to ensure children receive those supports.
* Employ a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media consistent with best practices, specific content knowledge, and the needs and capabilities of the individuals or student groups involved.
* Ability to deliver high-quality instruction in a rigorous, structured, and joyful classroom
Leadership experience with quantifiable results of success, outperforming peers in parallel fields and markets
* Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulations.
* Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where responsibility for student success is shared and owned by everyone
* Commitment to solutions-based problem solving
* Expertise and love of instructional content.

CLIENT'S MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Tennessee Special Education Teaching License with an endorsement in GIFTED or CLUE
